The Challenge
As Oktane grew in scale and complexity, the creative work needed to evolve alongside it—delivering a cohesive brand experience across an expanding ecosystem of programs, audiences, and venues.

My Role
As part of Okta’s brand and creative leadership, my role evolved from hands-on execution with a small team to leading specific high-impact programs as the studio scaled. I led the team responsible for environmental design across Customer Executive Conferences (CECs), Executive Summits, and Customer Awards, working closely with the strategic events team and external agency partners.

Execution & Outcome
We treated Oktane as a system of interconnected experiences rather than a single event, designing creative frameworks that scaled across spaces and programs while maintaining consistency and quality. The result was a cohesive, high-impact experience year over year—reinforcing Okta’s leadership in identity at scale and demonstrating how strong systems and collaboration support complex experiential work.
