The Challenge
The challenge was twofold. First, our stakeholders felt the existing templates were too limiting, leading them to "go rogue" with one-off creative for every launch–constantly reinventing the wheel with multiple agencies and draining their resources. Secondly, production was agonizingly slow, especially since translations were involved, often stretching timelines to several weeks.
The Approach
Once we had a better understanding of their situation, we were able to equip the Campaigns Team with more appropriate tools. Namely a new suit of templates that acknowledged the realities of performance marketing, in a format that could be batch processed. To support scale, we also led writing workshops that equipped performance marketers to execute independently with clarity and intent.
Results
Our updated system delivered both operational and performance gains. Production time was reduced from weeks to hours, while click-through rates increased by over 40% across the board. More importantly, we established a durable framework for the Global Campaigns team to consistently produce on-brand, high-quality marketing.
