Customer storytelling is inherently complex, demanding strict brand alignment and coordinated approvals across multiple organizations. For nearly a year, we focused on a handful of ambitious, bespoke creative concepts for select customers, yet momentum repeatedly stalled in the approval process.

My Role
I realized we needed a new creative strategy built for velocity without compromising brand rigor. I developed a modular framework that translated customer mission statements into headlines rooted in their own language, reducing approval friction. The work remained unmistakably Okta while flexing for each placement.
Execution
Once we established the right approach, we partnered closely with Customer Marketing to identify target accounts, develop creative, and build pitch decks while leads were still warm, often within 24 hours. After approval, I led our agency partners to ensure execution remained consistent, on-brand, and high-quality at scale.

Impact
The modular system delivered immediate results, unblocking the program and enabling a global launch across out-of-home and print. We exceeded our first-year goal of 25 customer logos and established a durable, scalable framework for building brand credibility—for both Okta and our customers.
