The Challenge
Customer storytelling is notoriously complex. It requires perfect brand alignment and simultaneous legal approvals across multiple organizations. We needed a creative system that felt human and credible while remaining simple enough to execute, edit, and approve at high velocity.
My Role
I led the initial creative direction and narrative strategy, then partnered with customer marketing to identify the right brand stories and generate the pitch creative. Once approved, I managed our agency partners to ensure execution remained consistent and high-quality at scale.
Execution
The campaign launched globally across out-of-home and print placements, chosen for their authority and trust. The modular system allowed us to add new customer stories as quickly as they were approved, featuring 26 logos in the first year alone.
Outcome
The campaign exceeded its first-year goals and established a durable framework for social proof. By centering the narrative on customer success, we built brand credibility across major markets while creating a repeatable system that allowed Okta to scale its global storytelling without added complexity.
