The Challenge
The primary challenge was balancing depth with accessibility. We had to present massive amounts of technical data without it feeling overwhelming. To be successful, the report needed to maintain a high bar for accuracy and clarity while scaling across dozens of digital channels, global audiences, and various partner stakeholders.
My Role & Execution
I led the creative vision and execution for this flagship program for four consecutive years. Partnering with data, content, and product marketing teams, I drove the annual evolution of the narrative and visual system. I treated the report as a product rather than a static document, developing an editorial language that distinguished the program from Okta’s core corporate identity. My team focused on building modular infographic systems and robust campaign enablement kits, ensuring our data remained both beautiful and accurate. This multi-year stewardship allowed us to refine the process and scale the insights across global marketing teams with increasing efficiency.
Outcome
Businesses at Work remains Okta’s highest-performing annual initiative, consistently generating the greatest volume of leads and press while building long-term brand equity.
